Alan Aldridge’s visuals and designs created the Beatles image within the music world. He also worked images for films starring Bob Dylan and Joan Baez in Don’t Look Back. His influence in the music and graphic design industries can still be experienced today. As a creative director at the original Hard Rocke Café and at the Los Angeles, House of Blues. Aldridge’s ever growing plethora of talents beyond an outstanding artist include graphic designer, illustrator, art directer and film maker. Referring to himself as a “graphic entertainer”, his work has even reached out into written works in the form of entertaining rich graphic art. His home town of London features all of his original work, from the Beatles and Apple Records to Penguin book covers, in the design museum.
